    JTS.

I'm a fan of tens machines.

About 20 years ago I suffered badly with chronic back pain and sciatica.
They were very expensive then so I hired one from Boots.

Some models are inexpensive now, I did buy one from Lloyds chemist a couple of years ago, it was not as good though.

I would definitely recommend but I'm also a fan of heat packs and deep heat cream, even though my physio only recommended ice packs.

Is it worth doing yoga type stretches?
There's a great section on nhs site that the doctor printed for me on stretches that helped no end ....

I second heat packs, my mum used to get most relief with one of those wheat bags you warm up in the microwave. I use them for the arthritis in my hands.

    JTS

Ive just spoken to my friend. The tens machine worked really well.....almost instantly but wore off after a couple of weeks of use. She can't remember the make but stopped using it before her month trial was up
    :o
But each to his own. It may work for you Big Guy:A

Gutted neither of the 2 local extras had any, no sign there had even ever been any either. :(

But I did console myself with 2 free Happy Downs and the Bahlsen Chocomoments freebies on CoS. :D

In fact I'm 90p in profit as the Hazelnut flavour were RTC £1.09 in my store but got the full £1.99 cash back. :T

All CB was confirmed by the time I got home. :money:

I wonder if some stores are just waiting to put out the Christmas stock. I hope the price holds until everyone gets some:T
Happy birthday Bubbs and hello all!

It's been a loooooooong while. :rotfl:

    Hello biscuit babe:D

Happy birthday Bubbs & Danigrace :bdaycake:

Very happy to get 8 packs of loo rolls. Mine will be used from 17th November as that is when I am starting to put the decs up (although I am tempted to put 1 roll in today to annoy OH.

Also got most of my points added from last weeks swipe and win and returned a duplicate gift. Now must tidy my stash up then start the housework as house is a bit of a tip. I also have some jam to make as took all of my raspberries out of the freezer to fit the BJ in - DD's favorite ice-cream is cookie dough, got 4 tubs but she does not like this version which is not good :(

Kettle is on first. help yourselves. :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:
