    Morning everyone.

A minority reporting over on the dark side that they've got £10 promo on their PayPal accounts - some saying it's from the October promo when you made 10 separate transactions. I bought 10 x 1p items on ebay and had £10 off.
    Didn't know anything about this.

    JTS.

I'm a fan of tens machines.

About 20 years ago I suffered badly with chronic back pain and sciatica.
They were very expensive then so I hired one from Boots.

Some models are inexpensive now, I did buy one from Lloyds chemist a couple of years ago, it was not as good though.

I would definitely recommend but I'm also a fan of heat packs and deep heat cream, even though my physio only recommended ice packs.

Is it worth doing yoga type stretches?
There's a great section on nhs site that the doctor printed for me on stretches that helped no end ....

TS will be gutted when she reads this :(

It's not the reindeer ones TM its robin's and musical notes, can anyone who has bought them comment on the quality please? I love patterned loo roll.

Gutted neither of the 2 local extras had any, no sign there had even ever been any either. :(

But I did console myself with 2 free Happy Downs and the Bahlsen Chocomoments freebies on CoS. :D

In fact I'm 90p in profit as the Hazelnut flavour were RTC £1.09 in my store but got the full £1.99 cash back. :T

All CB was confirmed by the time I got home. :money:

In your position years ago with VM I set up a Gmail free email that is not linked to VM then went through updating contacts - surprisingly it didn't take that long as there were many that I was happy to abandon :D.

From then on I have been free to switch without worrying - you can be stuck if your email is that important, hence removing the connection between internet provider and email.

As it happens I have ended keep returning to VM and do still have the email addresses, but it is no longer a consideration in negotiations.

BT have got wise to this and offer to let you keep your email addresses running ... for £7.50 per month .

Some big matches in the Premier League today and of course what will be a difficult game for Leicester City. :(

Got a free bet with Sky Bet - put it on Utd to lose (sorry tweets) :o

A little tip - join as many betting websites as you can which have cashback offers. I'm probably a member of 20 different betting sites thanks to cashback offers and have £1 in all accounts (to remain active). I get emailed 1 free bet offer every week from various sites - some are for £1 others up to £5. Managed to get 1 acca via a free bet and got £200 - literally money for nothing. :rotfl: I never bet my own money and always withdraw winnings. Do note that if you're not profitable for the company then your account may get gubbed but they usually lift this restriction after a year or so. As always, gamble responsibly or in my case make money risk free. :D

Oh and a happy birthday to bubbs - you little hubba bubba thing-a-thong dong.
Worth checking the matched betting board if you are going to do this properly. Dd2 team lost today, they were played 6 won 6but other team were also 100% and we showed them too much respect.
