    Morning everyone.

A minority reporting over on the dark side that they've got £10 promo on their PayPal accounts - some saying it's from the October promo when you made 10 separate transactions. I bought 10 x 1p items on ebay and had £10 off.

Some big matches in the Premier League today and of course what will be a difficult game for Leicester City. :(

Got a free bet with Sky Bet - put it on Utd to lose (sorry tweets) :o

A little tip - join as many betting websites as you can which have cashback offers. I'm probably a member of 20 different betting sites thanks to cashback offers and have £1 in all accounts (to remain active). I get emailed 1 free bet offer every week from various sites - some are for £1 others up to £5. Managed to get 1 acca via a free bet and got £200 - literally money for nothing. :rotfl: I never bet my own money and always withdraw winnings. Do note that if you're not profitable for the company then your account may get gubbed but they usually lift this restriction after a year or so. As always, gamble responsibly or in my case make money risk free. :D

Oh and a happy birthday to bubbs - you little hubba bubba thing-a-thong dong.

 I know who my friends are

I would like to ask for some help please regarding TENS machine for back pain.
Please, has anyone any experience or can offer some advice/recommendation?
I’m looking to buy one in desperation, but there’s so many to choose from.

    Thank you kindly x

JTS. We had basic ones many years but found them ineffective. I doubt any of the cheaper would help. Hope you get some relief. Take care

A TENS machine is likely to give you some symptomatic pain relief - I deal with a pain clinic as part of my job. You can buy them from most chemist shops from about £20. I don't have any specific recommendation though :o Lloyds pharmacy do a good range :)
