    Morning peeps.
    Inspired by aau1 I'm having fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. There seems to be better weight loss on here than the sw thread! Or is it all those 1p chocolates from years ago that we're trying to get rid of?

    Morning all

    I bought the Galaxy in S this morning for CS. The SEL was £2 but as I have just uploaded the receipt I noticed that it scanned at £1.50 :)

    Thanks.

    In August I'm best man for my own best man so getting back into my kilt has been my motivation.

    Same here curl girl. I've got Fage 0%(the one on cos compares with a v t) with granola (fuel), banana and a bit of honey. Very nice. I'm also trying to lose a bit of weight. Just cutting portion sizes down and nibbling on celery, carrot sticks and cucumber sticks. Seems to be working slowly.:)

    I think it's easier for men:rotfl::rotfl:

    It is. Men don't fair well in famines unlike us women. Lets be honest when there is a food shortage it better for the man to die and for the woman and child to have more food.:D Women's bodies fight back harder and faster hormonally than a man when there is less energy coming in.

    Generally, though, it mainly because men are heavier than woman and therefore will generally burn more calories.

    Habitually, men do the right thing when it comes to losing weight unlike women who slash calories to chronic levels and hit the cardio deck. Most women don't eat enough protein and it has a number of benefits.

    Good job aau1 :beer:
    Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
