Now that is how you do it!
Can we have some more details please x
I follow a low carb FB group, try to keep to under 30gms carbs ( net carbs ) a day and dont count calories. I do miss fruit though. TM said its about eating healthily and exercising and if that worked for me I would do that but it doesn't. Will try to post a couple of menus of my days eating over the weekend if that helps.0 -

When I click on the Redeem Now link on the website and select any of the supermarkets the chocolate is not listed to claim. A good job I checked and haven't bought any yet
. Yet more disappointment
.
Anon
Same here, but I do have a free bottle of Amstel to claim (or £2.00 cashback) which is in the 3-4-£5.25 offer (not as good as the £1 back for 3 bottles, but it keeps 'im indoors happy ).

Afternoon all - I have been AWOL today.
Yesterday I had a large brown envelope in the post which was unusual, post is mostly dire these days, junk mail and statements and that's about it.
But inside this was tickets to the NEC Gardeners World/Good Food show for this weekend :j
This was just a basic prize draw which was in one of the regular Marks email updates - I keep telling you to check your junk mail before you start doing mass deletes
So that's where I've been today. I used to go every year - in the olden days they used to give out booklets at the doorway with masses of MOCs and every stand had freebies and MOCs so you came back fully laden, sadly these days have long gone.
There are still a few prize draws to enter but again very few and far between.
There is still a lot of sampling - lots of cheese, sausage, yogurts and an awful lot of gin, wine, whisky etc
I also got a mini tub of salted ice cream from Oppo, a chocolate mousse from bonne mamman and loads of £1 MOCs for their desserts. Also I tried the fox beetroot ketchup - the one on COS and I got a few £1 MOCs.
There was a Happy Down stand with sampling but no MOCsThere is a third flavour I've not seen in the shops yet but very nice. I did wonder if they were not going to be stocked anymore because they seem to keep re appearing on COS and Q but it must just be part of the marketing strategy.
I also tasted the Daelmans caramel stroopwafels that are on Q from Morrisons - you put them on a saucer over your tea mug and warm them up before eating!
But otherwise it was a nice day out and I saw the Hairy bikers cooking demo.
If you are going then aim to be there at opening time - its still on this Saturday and Sunday. The food bit is reasonably quiet for the first couple of hours and then gets manic but the outside Gardeners World bit is lovely.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Just checked all of my Q accounts - all have 43 items - nothing extra - just the fage yogurts from Waitrose to be got this weekend .
The lucky people who are getting extra freebies - chocolate, Amstrel etc - are any of you Quidco premium?
Just wondering if there was a pattern...
I am Quidco Premium. I didn't claim the chocolate though, and I have claimed lots of alcohol related cashback recently. Maybe they think I live off beer and Jameson's & Ginger0
