I followed instructions as above and have duly had £1.75 added
and another email apologising again:)
So it may be worth sending them an email if you still have unrewarded pitch0 -
I follow a low carb FB group, try to keep to under 30gms carbs ( net carbs ) a day and dont count calories. I do miss fruit though. TM said its about eating healthily and exercising and if that worked for me I would do that but it doesn't. Will try to post a couple of menus of my days eating over the weekend if that helps.
I hope you didn't take it as a criticism rose:A
We are all different and what works for one , may not for someone else.

I am premium and even got the email on Wednesday about the chocolate but it is not there.

I'm premium and I haven't got a clue why I should be. Do we even get any extra benefits.
That's rhetoric by the way:o
Just had a lovely cheap tea.
Stuffed trout ....2 portions for 10p. I didn't take a photo as it looked disgusting:rotfl:
It didn't say on the packet what it was stuffed with but I'm guessing ricotta and spinach:D
I chopped up one potato, an onion, some garden peas, paprika and a piece of chorizo purchased from this fine establishment

Just you be careful when England are playing......or even South Korea for that matter.
Talking of Korea and Trump.
Did he really ask the posse of cameramen to make him and the North Korean leader look thin:eek::eek:

evening,
sorry for not being around recently,
I came back from my babysitting duties on Tuesday with tooth ache, this time top back tooth, which 3 years ago had root canal treatment.
had an emergency dental appointment Wednesday morning for a further appointment thursday morning for an extraction:(
Because there was a crack in the tooth dentist thought there may be a problem, 6 injections later...no pain the tooth minus 1 root came out:eek: the remaining root was embedded in bone, but with my consent he would try and remove it otherwise off to hospital...I think I had a further 3 or 4 injections, 45 mins later after using a tray full of forceps the remaining root came out... the dentist was really good I felt a little woozy but DH was there and took me home..
After an hour or so the pain was excruciating, analgesic taken and off I went to bed...there I stayed for the day dozing on and off...
I got up and luckily I had 1 or 2 yogurts in the fridge:D so that was my tea:)
after a restless night still a little soreness and still feeling woozy, but no swelling or bruising we made our way to W for the free yogurts:) so im now sorted for a few weeks...
As I write this I now have very minimal pain, which only occurs when bending, and I feel so much better.
its amazing in 24 hours how quickly the body can start to heal
What an ordeal......it sounds like you are on the mend. I'm sure yoghurt has magical powers:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau
