Got this shop from M N S yesterday and had various discounts on my sparks card. Also had a spend £25 get £3.50 off but its not showing. Should I have got that or have all the other discounts ruled it out

Nipped in M this morning it was really busy.

    3 Fuel
    2 Heineken
    1 Maltsmiths
    1 Moma box of porridge
    Paid £12.75
£7.75 cb and used a £5 more voucher.

I Posted a few days ago about 4000 pts not being added to my card on the app, from buying m&s gift voucher, but the till gave me the £5 voucher I was expecting iyswim.

So I think the M more app is totally inaccurate so don't rely on it!

    Afternoon peeps.

    IFFY apgs

this is my thoughts from todays shops

i had a couple of apgs rejected (different shops) so i used on self service. entered apg no and scanned receipts again both rejected, even though the bc was very clear so pressed the back button. this time i entered the digits from apg and receipts and both went through fine.
so i feel that the bc does not always reflect what the digits indicate they should be.

I think it's either/or tbh. Your other discounts have taken your total below £25 so your £3.50 off didn't kick in.
I shopped today and had £2 off a £10 wine spend and £3.50 wys £25 and my total was £32something but only the £3.50 came off even though I had spent over £10 on wine. I think if my total was below £25 then the £2off wine would've kicked in but not the £3.50. Hope that makes sense x

    Hello :hello:
I have just been to MnS too. I had 20% off desserts and £2 wys £10 vouchers on my sparks card. I bought a meal deal and only the 20% came off. When I questioned it the SA checked my card and the sparks offers on it (with her hand held device) and could see that I did have both offers. She said the £2 did not come off, because after the 20% had come off, I had not spent the required £10. I bought a pack of sweets to make up to the £10 and then the discount came off fine.
Your receipt shows a total of £23, so I suppose you had not spent the required £25 for your voucher.

Sorry to quote my own post but I've been back and tried two more Princes Fruit Vouchers at T. On offer at 2 for £1.60 so 40p overage - my sort of price:T SA took no problem:)
I understand that they are same price in M, will try there later;)

    ChelseaFred:)

Thanks ChelseaFred, I'll have to try that. I'm sure in the small print it says you can only use one per transaction, but it sounds like it's worth a go!

Nice find - you have to add on vat and £2.95 for postage but even so. Its a nice simple website. They have means, ladies and comfort fits eg Womens have leather sandals for £6.50 and mens start from toe-posts for £1.
I've got 2 sandals in the basket at them moment and the total is just under £20 .... just trying to talk myself out of it :)

What are you trying to do to me :eek: Some of those look sooo comfy.

I must resist though, I struggle buying shoes online as I have high arches, and I really need to invest in some new proper walking sandals tomorrow.
