Dave - did you ever get your thermometer/probe that you ordered from Amazon for 90p? I ordered 2 & payment was taken, but not delivered yet.
Nope, but I ordered a few bits of tat, and only one has turned up as yet, still time.

:rotfl: I was going to say the same thing, wondering what had reminded her about the probes. :D

I guess it depends on ones lifestyle.

I had a prostate check last year. I was OK with the intrusion with one hand on my shoulder I became more concerned when there was a hand on the other shoulder too.

Mine haven't arrived yet either. It is all coming from China so may take a few weeks.

I still don't know how some companies make money - postage must be more than the items and it is not as if I will be buying from them again.

Business news - H0mebase has been sold to restructuring company Hilco for £1.

Bunnings stores will be rebranded H0mebase.

2 years, £230 million written off to get rid  with a chance of them getting dividends if the turnaround is successful.

This may be of interest. Tr4velodge have a 15% off voucher code on VC. Potentially 10% on TCB if they stack ...

I believe that the Chinese government pay for the postage in some way.
