I'm using Windows 10 not Mac. I've tried searching and there is a lot of advice - seems I need to change the keyboard settings to English but its not fixing the problem !

Can anyone remember how to check an item from a barcode?
Got a few wombles today with just 'beer' as description on two of them. Would like to know if I can claim any on COS or CS. The only one with description has 3 Carling @ £10 which is not much good!
Have done a search on here and even Google, without success.
