So you will have the much coveted emerald card and if you keep going you will eventually get the posh dinner invite :D

    https://www.blood.co.uk/the-donation-process/recognising-donors/

I went to donate yesterday too - I seem to be copying others on here at the moment:think:

Mine was delayed as they didn't know if Dubai caused any restriction and the computer was not working at the time. Kept me waiting for about half an hour but eventually took it:T
Donation number 92, makes me feel ancient. Wifey has same problem as you and has never been able to donate since having the children. Hope it gets sorted for you, you seem to look after yourself so there shouldn't be a problem.
My problem is drinking so much water beforehand, and whilst there, after donating it means there are several bathroom trips for the rest of the day:rotfl:. Probably just an age thing! I walked to the Hall yesterday and virtually had to run the last few yards home:o

    Good morning lovely peoples

Di :A poor you ((( ))) that's more than enough bad news for anyone :( sending bestest thoughts to you.

Well my ribs arrived yesterday - the snaky delivery man held the box towards him hiding a big hole! I didn't notice until I had signed for it and he had gone :o

In fact the polystyrene box was crumbling on that side. Took photos and opened - and my fears were confirmed - ice packs had melted and 4kg of prime rib was warm to the touch.

Really annoyed with the delivery driver as it was obvious it was chilled meat being delivered and that it would be ruined with a hole like that - it was about 25 degrees when he delivered it

I felt a right fool telling the Scottish butchers that I hadn't noticed such damage on receipt :o
I'm just too trusting, I would never be able to live with my conscience if I did the same - I would have to point out and apologise for the damage.

They are resending the ribs at no cost to me, but not looking forward to seeing the delivery driver again :o

Can some kind soul please explain the cheap beer to me? I've tried searching back but my brain gets all befuddled :o
I did buy 10 bottles of Heineken some time back for COS. But although it says claim up to 10 times, the numbers to claim only go up to 9 so I claimed 9.
The offer has reloaded again to allow me another 10, or rather 9

Going for oncology bloods tests today - comes around so quickly, just finished celebrating the last lot of blood results

Lots of hugs and thoughts to the Elite :A who are going through troubled waters :A

That's what I have been taking since last autumn bubbs. It's stopped the bubbles (like space dust in my throat feeling) and wheezing I was getting. But I have still had the bouts of excruciating pain in the top of my stomach, it's definitely not chest pain. I can only liken it to labour pains. :o I have been sick with it on occasion when it's been really bad but this is the worst it has been since taking lansoprazole, and I have not bled before, the GP lowered my dose in feb as I was getting on ok. Hospital doc said to take gaviscon before meals to line everything and that is helping. I really don't feel right this time though but that maybe because I am anxious, usually I have a bout, feel like my insides have been through a fight the next morning and then get over it but I had another bad night on Sunday I usually get weeks if not months gaps. :( I'm sure it's not anything serious as I have had these pains for nearly 20 years now but need to get to bottom of it.

How have you managed to put it off that long :eek: Think of the amount you have suffered when you could have got it sorted many years ago. Make sure you do as you are told this time.
Good morning, it is only Thursday I hope , I had an quick panic for a minute then.

I think I would make a complaint to the delivery company. After the next delivery.

Morning all - today is the day to look through your email inboxes to find anything vital in regards to GDPR

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation

My inbox is clogged - there are about 2 and a half thousand emails that have come in since the start of April when I did the last big delete and about 90% of them are about GDPR, often the same emails coming in multiple times so you don't know if you have dealt with them or not. I've been waiting for a wet afternoon but as its not happened its not been done.

Some of them require you to reregister and some like mysupermarket ask you to log onto your account - its so long since I registered with mys I don't even know the passwords anymore so I will need to do a password reset and it all takes time ...

I will get fed up after half an hour and start mass deleting anything I can live without :D

This is a nightmare for me.
Mega problem yesterday just trying to view renewal document on house insurance.
5 min job turned out to be 1 1/2 hours!!!!

    Morning peeps
    Is it lunch time yet?

And yesterday wasn't all bad I spent a couple of hours in the garden with the nwcovern via whatsapp. I had a great laugh and turned another shade darker. So thank you ladies you did me the world of good.
