Bummer... I had a 4k one the other day that wouldn't scan on SS, the nice SA just went in and typed the barcode into the till and that worked!Went to Morries yesterday to get the 8000 points via a voucher I had got. It wouldnt scan at the checkout the other day and CS was closed then. I had bought £75 amazon vouchers and £5+ of shopping. CS said they cant add points manually now and have to phone the number on the card. She offered to phone so let her. All was going well till person other end of the phone said to hold on a minute. Obviously they can check to see what I bought and came back and said sorry no can do as bought gift card. Awww well.
So then asked if I could have refund on the gift cards and was told no.
So expensive lesson learnt there :eek:
Did we also know more than one points mocs will scan on the same transaction? Manned till prob wouldn't work unless you had a non-jobsworth.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

€s arrived from Parents but are all old notes - I've googled it & it seems they are still valid as currency - I'll have to double check
It looks like you can change old notes for new ones at the post office
