For mhoc and SSM. Getting into this country isn't easy at all.....it can be a nightmare even booking a fortnight's holiday here. I would employ a solicitor to oversee the process as it's so important to get the details right. Get it wrong and the application can be refused, then refused again on appeal and before you know it you've mucked up your chances for years to come:o:(

They already have consulted several, but non of them were impressive. They will meet the criteria without any problems, it is just the length of time that it takes to complete it. The biggest issue is the possible travel restrictions during the application period.... that will be difficult for her.

is it legal for her to work in the UK - It does not solve the problem but at least if one of them is working it stops them eating into the savings if he cant find work at the level he wants very quickly.
Are their names on all of the bills and are they paying rent?

    Its vastly complicated isnt ...

She will continue to work for her same company - if she is able to travel.

They have not moved in yet.... but all the ducks will be in line as soon as they do (although there will not be paying rent).

yes its a case of getting all ducks in a row so that every box is ticked ...

She is really methodical so that helps.

    1x Nivea Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream (50ml) £10.00 £5.00

I think it has been posted before - on the M list! Where it appeared for a number of weeks and got removed about three weeks ago as I believed M had returned to full price.

I wondered if the APG has an incorrect price for M - as it's perfectly possible for half of the collection stores to show an offer and then for the APG to pick up that price when an item in M has gone to full price. They could have half their stores showing £5 and half showing full price and pick the lowest price - or even a minority - say they have six stores and two are showing £5 but four others have full price but the full price stores' SELs disagree on what the full price is - so two at £5, two at £9.94 and two at £10 and it's a tie so pick the lowest price is £5!

However it looks like this comparison is several weeks ago? On msm and a.com now, A is on £5 price on this item - so it should be roughly the other way around now? A £5 and M £9.94 according to online. Obviously not as good now the competitors have switched around - very often better to have the competitor on offer as A almost always goes to the very same price as the competitor offer used to be and no 10% off A's own prices unless you have staff discount. Thanks for finding it - would have been a good APG at the time but, unless I'm missing something, the prices at A and M have roughly swapped around now?

:think:Obviously more than just Limited Edition Raspberry Doughnut missing the mbuy as not only are other versions bought so it must be something else but it looks like all of them are missing the mbuy.

If I click on 8 for £4 on a.com, there are no items showing in the offer - in fact it is saying they are all unavailable at my store. I cannot imagine there will be no Mullers at my store:rotfl:. It's therefore they aren't showing as in the offer online so are returning at full price. Some of the frozen Quorn are almost certainly also working and glitching this way as those also aren't showing in their offer on a.com (those that are not showing in the offer on the website will I think be glitching - I have well enough from the last glitch though). Quorn Chicken Pieces showing as in the offer today - this one item more than yesterday: yesterday I had 12 items in the offer, now showing 13 - so it looks like Chicken Pieces are now in the offer online but Quorn Sausages still not showing as in it (they are in it on their own product page) so, potentially, depending on competitor prices, 3 Chicken pieces and 1 Sausages could glitch on the A prices.

I tried searching the thread but can't find what the deal is with nivea shower gel. It was apparently posted by Lisa. Anyone able to point me in the right direction.
