Forgot to say I paid £32 for my hair cut   _pale_ :cry::cry:

I don't go to a salon AJ so I only pay £10 for a haircut so I can't compare with you. I wash it at home so it's wet when I get there and I don't bother with a blow dry after.

My hairdresser used to have her own salon but since having young children has worked from home which benefits me. :money:

I do miss the luxury of being pampered though, it is different having the whole works done.

I have wayward curly hair which I have cut myself for years (I used to cut the whole families but due to lack of time I only cut my family's hair).

I used to have straight, very straight hair. Whether it's years of hair dyes, bleaches, etc I now have frizzyish hair, but it's also wavy slightly. I always comb through after washing and dry au natural. Never used those hair straighteners :rotfl:

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Off to collect last weeks George order, but I can't find an email to say it arrived in store.

Thankfully my account does say it's there, fingers crossed.

I've been paying £15 through Groupon for wet cut, blow dry but they are in Ipswich and I didn't want to waste time travelling, parking. Serves me right for being a lazy mare and not getting this cut before now I guess :o. Lesson learned xx

There's a hairdresser who comes to our office once a week! She just does dry cuts but I only ever want a trim anyway, nothing fancy. She charges £12. Which reminds me, I don't think I've had mine done for about a year. :o

That's something else I forgot to say! My was halfway down my back, it now reaches just below shoulders and my last cut was about a year ago :(

I'm going to start using Groupon again and go every 6 months :money:

So, how much do you lot pay for a wet cut and blow dry please?

I had my hair cut yesterday. Came out of the salon feeling like a million dollars, beautifully straightened hair and a full fringe. Too late for photos  I awoke this morning to real bad 'bed hair' . Fringe? What fringe? I have no fringe, needs wetting down and fussed over to entice it back into place

£0 :money: so I am curious to see what the going rate is.

DD does mine, she's not a hairdresser but she does have a flair for cutting, so she's been doing mine since 2012.

Downside is I have to remember to get it done when I visit, because if I forget, it can be a good few weeks till I go again. The pillow fairies love to tangle my hair so I end up washing it most days, but this weekend I had it cut on Friday and it was fine till Monday. I don't know if that was anything to do with the silk blankets  on my bed there, but the manufacturers website states that a silk pillowcase actually stops people getting 'bed hair' so that may be worth a try.

omg, I need to do a conversion of 400€ into £. Mr AJ has just given the boys 400€ to share with their gfs for the holiday and given me in my hot sweaty paw 200€

I'm going to have to make an appt for him when we come home. It's one thing paying for their holiday, but giving money away

I noticed he didn't offer to pay for my hair

You lucky pup you! I had all boys, and none of their gfs do hairdressing. Nails, eyebrows yes, but not hair.

I'm going to treat myself to some silky pillowcases, I might look whilst on holiday xx
