We have managed to persuade DD and her fiance not to try to put a shower on the wall in the bathroom, where there might be hidden pipes, on Christmas Eve when they almost certainly would not be able to get anyone out if anything went wrong :eek::rotfl::rotfl:

Also on my travels today I found a fiver in the grass on the grass verge behind my car, nobody around to ask if it was theirs, so a fiver's worth of items will be food-banked after Xmas.

That's a good idea.

OH was backing the car out a while back and I went to signal him out and check for oncoming cars.
I noticed something on the road I didn't recognize so I picked it up and it was a £2 coin, a bit battered but still valid.
When we went to Morrisosn on the clearance shelf was 4 tins of Princes beef stew and beef curry for 50p each - perfect use for the £2 coin - 4 dinners for the food bank :T

Never mind I picked up lots of whoopsies in M's Mostly fish but some lamb and pork Virtually no freezer space when I went out so freezer tetris it is

It is going to be a picky tea for a few nights too
