reached Wolverhampton, train not as busy as expected, will have to gather ourselves for a sprint to Moor Street station when we get to Birmingham.
or catch next train.....
Now we have got to big cities the train timetables are very generous compared to our 1 every 2 hours
Right must pack up and prepare for exodus at New Street :D2Our Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

I dont envy you going through New Street - since the remodelling I really hate it. WE change trains in Stafford (or even Wolverhampton) if need be rather than go through New Street“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Vs M
1x Heinz Beef Ravioli in Tomato Sauce (400g)£1.07 £0.60
4x Heinz Spaghetti with Sausages in Tomato Sauce (400g)£4.28 £2.40
Also working against W at the time of my shop, but that will stop imminently I feel (W now full price), if it has now not already done so. Given that there are generally a lot more 'good' items against M than W, including "SP" items - although some of those way more expensive now than the above:rotfl: and note the double quotation marks btw - it seems 'best' to buy vs M.
Vs M
4x Cadbury Curly Wurly Bar (26g)£1.40 £1.00
Also vs S, but S is straight price (take the bold away from the total price). I bought Cadbury Chomp Chocolate Bar (23.5g) this time rather than Cadbury Chomp (23.5g) as I didn't want to go to CS again. They both look like chocolate bars to me, but obviously the one I didn't buy is just Cadbury Chomp (23.5g):rotfl:.0 -

To absent friends
The Royal Family also open presents today so you are in good company - its a German tradition to have Christmas on Christmas Eve“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Must be a House of Hanover/German thing.0

I still have very twitchy feet but I've been everywhere so no-where to go
Went to Morrisons today to get 3 veg for £1 - Ok not the cheapest but very happy with 2.5kg of marie piper, fat carrots and brussels
Also got thick bacon for the bacon baps and a french stick and that was it - concerntrating so hard on the list it never entered my head to get the maltsmiths
Then to Marks to get a turkey crown joint for when the gang arrives in a few days - very little chance of me getting a yellow label one but at least I have something - paid for with an android pay £5 and a credit voucher
Then to Sainsburys to do a return and to get a few bits - got reduced custard tarts for Oh and a reduced pasta bake - thst was about it.
I have 2 books to wrap but no wrapping paper left - hopefully I can get some reduced on boxing day otherwise its going to be brown paper
no problem parking anywhere or getting through tills or SS - all very calm and low key“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
