Hope your friend is OK atb. I cycle quite a bit and have had one or two near misses in traffic, it's very scary.
Beautiful crisp sunny morning so myself, DH, DS2 and his GF set off in the car to go to the beach for a brisk winter walk. Got half way there and it started to pour down. By the time we got to the coast it was lashing with rain and blowing a gale. Diverted to the shops instead, we did see the sea from a distance! Discussed calling in somewhere for tea but came home instead and heated up leftover lasagne out of the freezer, feel quite smug about that.
A couple more Christmas presents bought. Done the mealplan for the week and chilling in front of the telly now.0 -
