OK fill in (her not you) the form for a setaside , state clearly that travelling expences will be claimed back upon result , then sit back

You really are a genius. Is this travelling expenses for attending court? Does she state this in a letter attached to the set-aside or on the set-aside itself?

Also, I thought you can only claim travel expenses as a witness, not a defendant? Am I mistaken?

Theoretically, if they won the case, would they still have to pay for travel expenses? Or do they only pay for expenses if the defendant wins?
