Hi,
I'd like to rejoin - started with SPC 10, but eventually stopped posting and spent the money in my tin  Hoping to do a lot better this time round! I've still got my number from SPC 10 but won't be able to declare anything - don't know whether it's easier for you if I keep this number or get a new one?
My target for this year will be £300, which I'm starting with all the shrapnel I can find at the moment - £1.80. I'm determined that even if I end up having to spend my pot, I will definitely last the year and come back to declare in November 2018!

Hey,Jakes Mum.Jakes Mum!Jaaaakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkes Muuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
If anyone sees Jakes mum,I need to know.......
how did you do your potting with notes for SPC 10?I have just spent 6 hours (:eek::eek::eek:) counting up my coins, recounting my coins, bagging my coins, recounting my coins,re-bagging my coins............Of course, everytime I count the final tally,it comes to a different amount.THENNNNNNNN as I was carrying my bagged up coins to put them away until I can bank them,a couple of bags spilt,so another few bags were re-packed and re-counted :rotfl:.
So,do you have a holding pot where you throw the coins until you have enough to bag up and put into the bank, then exchange for notes at the bank.Do you spend coins on self-serve tils and replace the equivalent with notes from the ATM?What do I need to do?
Hours counting, the smell of dirty coins wont leave my hands, and I know the bank will give me a different SPC total than what I have declared
. SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Thank you..its been a long hard slog but its going to slow down over the next few months as we are looking to move to a bigger rented property which means my payments to debt will have to be a bit smaller but Im hoping to be debt free by christmas 2018! Exciting times! And I can't quite believe how close I am!June 2015 Debt - £23643 // March 2018 Debt - £1490

Hi,
I would love to join in this challenge... i am quite obsessive on saving change and have done it for years, however for this i would like to budget myself £30 a week then any left over notes put into a sealed pot, would that be ok? Hoping to save enough to pay for the car insurance and Christmas 2018!
