Hi all,
I've not updated for a while but have been potting little bits most days....Sealed pot challenge - 12 - #0040 -
Afternoon
I potted £2.21 yesterday.
Also, I opened a Natwest account so that I can pay coins in as Halifax have changed their coin acceptance rules. I am all set for the end of the challenge now. Talking of the end of the challenge, we are 1/4 of the way through. Doesn't time fly.

Thank you for my new shining star Sue-UU
NEARLY bought a book in a sale on Friday for £1, then I thought of this thread and how I could tell you all that I hadn't bought something I didn't need (there's the library anyway) and how I potted the £1 instead. So instead I potted the remaining £1.50 from my purse. :j :jSealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0 -

Afternoon all
Sorry a bit late to the gate this week but been a bit busy with RL.
Why do they have to keep messing around with MSE. Now they seem to have removed the 'Edit' facility  WHY ??
We have just found a new-to-us car, which is an estate, and soo much more suitable for our eventual move to Spain. Loved out little Dacia, but it was wee, the seats didn't fold flat and the boot was a bit cramped. The dealer is putting new brakes all round our new car, a 12 month MOT and warranty and we'll pick it up Friday. Had to clear out and clean the Dacia over the weekend ready for sale
I've put £10 in the pot today
Hope you all enjoying the weekend

Hi all!
He definitely knew Sue, he informs me he wouldn't have dreamt of giving me 50p for nothing if it wasn't a special one.
I've had a busy weekend with the OH's birthday :bdaycake: and took him out for tea tonight.
His Mother gave me a £20 to buy him a cake and instructed me to keep the change. I was a bit sneaky and bought the cake from a shop I had a £20 voucher for so the £20 I would have spent has gone straight into the pot along with around 53p in change.
Went to bingo for the first time in ages last night as I had a voucher for a free game. Didn't win, but it was a free night as we took our own drinks and sweets too :rotfl:
There's another busy week ahead but I'll try to pop by as I love to read everyone's potting newsLBM: October 2016: £20,130 / Current: May 2019: £12,576 37.53%DFD: [STRIKE]February 2024[/STRIKE] April 2022?0
