Is anyone else sick to death of getting emails from an awful lot of websites, companies etc about this new law about privacy/cookies etc.Its an eye opener about just how many people have how much info about us,and are passing it around!
It always annoys me when they claim cookies are just fine ways of making your online experience simple and smooth. Nope, they make us get lots and lots of ''appropriate'' ads!
One thing that really annoys me is when I buy something, say a vacuum cleaner, and for days afterwards I see ads for vacuum cleaners?Doesnt say much for the quality of the goods if they think we need a replacement next day.:rotfl::rotfl:

I agree with you dustydigger, it's a total pain in the backside! It's all well and good bringing out more rights for us individuals but I bet it won't make any difference to the scammers selling our details on  We'll still keep having junk email, mail and phone calls. You are quite right though, it is scary how many people hold details on us.

I haven't got much to pot today, just 60p, but hopefully a trip to the supermarket on my way home will yield a bit extra. Enjoy your Thursday afternoon Potters. :j

Hi all, I haven't posted for ages as I've had to have my shopping delivered but I have been sorting out my drawers (oh er misses!) and have potted what I've found. Just glad I didn't set a target when I started. xx

38 x shiny £1 coins today! :D will be potting them as soon as I can get myself upstairs. Am hoping that might be the pot filled :D

Ugh so many data emails! I was a comping fan so I just have millions of the blighters emailing me! I have no responded to any of them asking if I want to stay on their books and I have noticed in the last few days a distinct lessening of spam, still getting all the scammy ones though *rolls eyes*

I'm the same,jakes-mum,its so irritating.I was trying to read some of my old Pinterest posts looking at recipes, and was consistently blocked from reading because of being asked to accept the blogger's privacy stuff.Annoyingly many of them didnt offer a choice of not accepting. One site though actually listed the affiliated sites it would share my data with - no less than 15 companies.Never had any hassle with Pinterest posts before, now I cant read them without my info going far and wide. Not amused:mad:

Hello everyone, can I join in? Given how late it is in the year, I'd be happy to have an extra £100 for some Christmas treats. Planning to pot all the loose change that tends to turn up in pockets and under sofa cushions, as well as any change from budgeted supermarket trips.
