£9.50 tips to add for last couple of days.
Doing extra hours tomorrow which takes me to doing 5 days
Am really considering dropping my contracted hours to 3 days next year as then I wouldnt resent doing the extra days to cover holidays and that would bring me more in line with what I want to work.
Im not too bothered through the winter but in the summer when I have my allotment to keep on top of, I really dont want to be working 5 days a week.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

Just dashing in to congratulate everyone who has been busy making money recently. I'm very impressed. Here's to mega totals by the end of the month:beer:
Kantankrus, commiserations about your extra hours situation at work. I've been in that position in the past when they always asked the hard working and reliable staff to fill in for others. It's hard to say 'no' isn't it? Especially for wimps like me:o. OH used to get really exasperated with me whenever I complained to him about feeling tired and never having a minute to myself. He would just have told them to stuff their extra hours:rotfl:
Heard yesterday that Santander are sending me £35 for 'inconvenience' caused. They have given me the runaround for months so I reckon they have got off lightly as I ended up making an official complaint. They are the most inept and difficult to deal with bank ever:mad:. I'm talking about nationally where I've had to deal with and contact different departments at various addresses in UK. OH loves them but all his dealings are done at the small local branch where the staff can't do enough for him. Something else he gets exasperated with me about, hating Santander:(.
Won't be holding my breath about getting the cheque any time soon, given their past inertia:(0 -
Another £22.49 to add for me thanks to O2 priority, pleasantly surprised that they have had a few good offers lately. Free xmas card pack worth £6.99 and a L'occitane freebie which according to the receipt is worth £15.50. Not something I would normally buy as I think they are way overpriced, but I have a friend who uses it so that's her Christmas present sorted!January NSD8/100

Congratulations:T
L'Occitane products are gorgeous but I agree about the prices:eek:. Lucky friend:dance:. I'm still using up the final dregs of what I had from when I had money to spend:o. I don't like all their stuff though as I hate any lemon or almond fragrance in what I use. Some of their skincare products are fantastic and a little goes a long way, thankfully.0 -
£5.06 from eBay and I converted my Sainsbury’s points so my £40 Christmas tree was free :-)0

Having a very bad news day and feeling rather crappy... my poor dog has a lump discovered last night. Straight to vets this morning and will be having a fine needle aspiration to test tomorrow under sedation and then surgery to remove next week as regardless of what it is its size and location behind his shoulder on side mean it has to be removed. He is only 6 and had a very low grade cancer lump on his leg about 2.5 -3 years ago which was removed. So stressed out he is my baby- is family and we all adore him. He is such a kind sweet boy and just lovely with my daughter. He is snuggling me on the sofa as a type.
Not feeling very motivated to make money but it might be a welcome distraction especially when he is at the vets tomorrow and next week. Awful when our babies are poorly.
