Probably a good time to mention the sleep deprivation due to difficult times with Miss E's sleep to your Manager and maybe someone in the office who you get on with. Any parent will understand cause and effect and forgive you (and support you with any denigrators, should others be more judgemental).

Has anyone mentioned anything to make you think your reputation has actually slipped, or is this purely a personal perception of the situation?
Everyone makes mistakes, you aren't trying to cover anything up and are working to resolve things.2018 totals:

I think my boss is honestly a fan - we seldom talk and as he is a taciturn guy I take that as a compliment from him.
I now feel that one of the mistakes was for something that involved a bit of risk (and that he was aware of), so hopefully I'll be absolved for 50% of that.
The other mistake didn't actually damage anything, it was just some duff statistics. I fixed them and explained, but I may have weasled a little bit to pretend the mistake was outwith my controlWill see if I get away with it

Getting a place at your preferred place is not to be underestimated. Congratulations. We ended up putting DS through prep school (I know) until he was eleven because the school on offer was poor. He started at a lovely local nursery and then I moved him to a subsidised workplace one. It was attached to a good school but we could not get him in there so went private. At least he no longer sits under the table ignoring people when they are trying to teach him things, so err, worth every penny!Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Everyone makes mistakes, for me it's more about how people I work with respond to them. If they accept it and make strides to avoid it happening again then it wouldn't change the way I viewed them. I'm sure that people still respect your work!
Those people that refuse to admit they could ever do something wrong on the other hand....0
