    You need to click on the account and then select the "Move money" option. Then select "regular" under type of payment and set up a new instruction.

    I did that but when I press Next, nothing happens. It won't proceed.

    Pick a date further away, say 7-10 days away (that's what stopped mine from working)

    I don't think it's even letting me get as far as that.

    When I clicked Move Money, I clicked In, then it gives either DD or Debit card, chose DD, then regular was already selected, entered 1.00 and then press Next, but nothing happens.

    I had this you have to phone them and they lift some weird restriction in 24/48 hours. Never know such nonsense !

    No idea. I highly doubt it by how backward the whole set up is.

    The same thing happened to me in Chrome. I tried it in Firefox and I got it to work after a couple of tries. Worth having a go on different browsers if you haven't already

    I accidentally set up a manual DD the other day scheduled for in two days time. It let me edit this and I got as far as confirming it as a regular payment, then it said they couldn't do it. So I'm making progress! If not, I'll just manually move £1 a month via DD as a one-off if I can't edit it into a regular payment.
