The poster there was unhappy with this, but I imagine for people on this thread it might be more up your street.

ICICI Bank stopped direct debits a few years ago.
I had a quick look at the linked thread as well as their website and although it is buried a bit, it does potentially look like they might still offer a DD facility; at the very least for their HiSAVE account. I can't find it explicitly mentioned that they accept DDs but they mention that a nominated account must be able to accept a DD facility and some of their FAQs talk about what happens if your DD mandate expires which makes me think it might be possible0 -

IIRC, as far as ICICI savings accounts are concerned, DDs pulling the linked account were abandoned some years ago. Here, when you attempt to do so, is ICICI's instruction:
"For receiving money into your HiSAVE Remittance Account, please place a fund transfer request at the bank that you hold your nominated linked account with. Please refer to the terms and conditions specified by your bank regarding payments from the account."0 -
Anyone know about a Santander DD form - when you put in the reference number/account number, if and how the account sort code goes in the box?
Works for e-Saver, Cash ISA and Flexible saver - the last of these is now called Everyday Saver, but it works for Flexible Saver.
I have it bookmarked and it opens no problem, however when I try to cut and paste the link here it won't.

That link works fine!0

It came up as error 404 yesterday - I have no idea why it did so, or why it is now working.
Incidentally, now that my brain has caught up with the rest of me - a single person can have up to 3 direct debits with Santander savings products, whereas a couple can (or should be able to) maximise that up to 10 DDs - 5 per customer.
2 x DDs on single Cash ISAs.
2 x DDs on single Everday Savers (previously Flexible Saver).
2 x DDs on joint Everday Savers.
2 x DDs on single sSavers.
2 x DDs on joint eSavers.
Well, that's the theory at least !!!0 -

So if i wanted 2 direct debits set up i can set up 2 everyday savers or esaver on my santander account.
How do i set this up and can i set it up online?0 -
I just looked at PO Online Saver and it didn't mention Direct Debit as a method of deposit. Have you removed this feature?0
