'Security token' received from Saga savings today- actually 2 x letters with different dates last week! (but luckily the same code!)
    Security set up.
be aware - I thought I had set up a monthly DD- seems not- it was just a one off payment in Jan so nearly missed a payment for this month (which would have lost me interest from Lloyds!)
Have set up a monthly DD- now-and reduced it to £1!!

    Yes!
I wanted to tie up loose ends because I am away a lot from now on for the next couple of months, so wanted the replacements in place as I shall have other things on my mind.

I've been juggling substitute DDs since November!!

Have you tested how reliable their FPO/FPI is? Is it the instant or at least same day ??
    Thanks

2nd BM ones opened beginning December after reading on here that multiple a/cs were allowed. Linked a/cs set to Nationwide Flexaccount again although not really necessary as no cheques required due to being existing customers. Linked a/cs subsequently changed to FlexDirect sucessfully.

Should you apply for the second account whilst logged on (and if so, how?), or just as for the first account and BM find you're an existing customer from name/address, etc.?
