URGENT Citibank 1% Cashback

Wrote them a nice letter of complaint to the address earlier in this thread. Got a fairly quick response sayin g that they had applied the cashback. Its not showing online but when I spoke to them, the confimred that the cashback was accumulating .... thing is, I'm gonna cancel it anyway as I'm not quite impressed with the service in general anyway.

Which 0.8% card did you apply for? IF its Conran, apparently they have slashed it to 0.5%.

I have heard this on here but nowhere else. How did you hear of this? ...an insert in a statement?

I saw it mentioned on another thread here ... cant remember which one. Basically, MBNA are cutting back cashback to 0.5% and the Conran Card is administered by MBNA so I assume that applies to Conran too. Not too sure how the profit related cashback is affected by this.

We've been doing some checks and can confirm that Conran will be continuing to pay 1% for the foreseeable future with no plans to change.

Has anyone had any luck getting the Citibank Cashback credited?
