I wonder why ,??
do you have the code number , has it been verified as being issued ?
and knowing this company , I am not surprised , how about explaining to the BPA and asking them to try and get you a replacement0 -
You are now in ignore mode. See post 4 in the Newbies thread.
Complain to your MP. This practice is under scrutiny in Parliament.0 -

I suspect they will say tough luck but it's worth a try.
See this to work out when it was issued http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/what-does-my-popla-code-mean.html?m=10 -
a couple vof the numbers show the date issued >day of year
cribbed from a commercial site
A three digit identifier for the parking company (e.g. 606 is ParkingEye)
A three digit number which identifies the day of the year made (e.g. 001 is 1st January, 040 is 9th February etc)
A single digit year identifier (e.g. 4 is 2014, 5 is 2015)
A three digit identifier to identify the case for that parking company on that day (e.g. 001 is 1st, 100 is 100th)
For example, a code 9993244213!!!8217; would be decoded to be:
Parking company 999!!!8217;
The code was generated on November 20th 2013
The case was the 213th rejection for that operator on that day
obviously do not post your full code0 -
the stupid thing is that since change in POPLa supliers , they can hand codes out like confette , they can print them then light cigars with them
its only when USED are they charged for them , and only if they reply to POPLa
so they could easily used 20 a day for "backup" if bpa ask to see them0 -

The registered keeper needs to complain. Never hint at who might be driving.0
