Extra was saying that the car was parked within the lines
That’s ok as long as there were no ‘me, myself or I’ in the addition.
You do know that it will make absolutely no difference to the outcome of the appeal - it will be rejected. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks.Their is no way of emailing as on their website they state any appeal must be made in writing
Also on their website they allow themselves 35 days to respond to an appeal:Our Parking Appeals Department will acknowledge receipt in writing or by email within 14 and will respond with a decision with 35 days.0 -
So today got a reminder notice about the parking charge but I have never received acknowledgement from them in regards to my letters or email.
What should I do next?Blessed on 18th February 2014 at 0814 with little Sarah xxx0 -
report them to the BPA by email and enclose a timeline and copies of the pcn and the appeal , stating the PPC have failed to cancel or issue a popla code and are chasing up the pcn whilst an appeal has been made
NB:- post #11 told you this , so why ask again ?0 -
I have been reported them to the BPA who take a long time to reply each time, I have also sent tried to get in contact with Parkwatch and they have not been answering until last week when I asked them for copies of the emails they allegedly sent me.
They have sent me an email showing that they rejected my appeal and gave me a POPLA code on the 10th November 2017 but as i didn't receive it until yesterday I have told them and they have referred me to the Debt Recover Company and told me to contact them . Body of email as per below
"As you can see it was sent via email.
Unfortunately the time to appeal to POPLA has expired and we are unable to issue a new POPLA validation code.
For any more assistance please liaise with Debt Recovery Plus.
Kind Regards. "Blessed on 18th February 2014 at 0814 with little Sarah xxx0 -
