So the DVLA confirmed that it was CPMS who requested and obtained my details back in March and they are the only company that have ever requested them0

the dvla seemed to have changed there tack , they cannot make there minds up , and are washing there hands and not getting involved. the IPC and the BPA have written to there members (a long long time ago) stating that any info received by way of KODOE must NOT repeat NOT be sold or assigned to other companies
