I will let you know if I get my voucher.

Yes do let us know when you will get your voucher. Also wait for the email a couple of days and if you do not hear from them, then please drop them an email requesting for a confirmation email.
I hope you get a better experience with them then in my case, because if they can read your post on MSE forum and ring you up, then it is a good progress from their customer services team. It is about time they should improve their customer services and be more ethical in their redemption process. This way people will be satisfied with their experience with them and will continue to stay with them for a long time.
All the best to you! :)
  • This website needs to be investigated. Who can I complain to? I've had all of the problems listed above. I've spent HOURS doing these surveys - only for an 'ERROR' to pop up at the very end almost each time. "Pam" never replies to complaint emails either. It all feels very dodgy indeed!
  • Same here! I just want to get the points I am owed so I can get the voucher then close my account. Very annoyed that apparently you can no longer get Amazon vouchers too...
  • Does anyone have a telephone number for this so-called 'Pam Hughes'? It's been several weeks since I "redeemed" my £15 voucher and still NOTHING. Does anyone know if there's a governing body I can report this website to, as well? Very dodgy indeed.

    Sympathies on this one.
Though it's not a survey site I use, I have some sites that I do use that play tricks. Whilst others seems to be very straight and honest.
I think the first thing is to spread yourself about. Join a range of surveys sites, then at least the bad ones don't feel quite so bad and you can drop them more easily, knowing you have the others to rely on.
But I don't mean to minimise the annoyance that the bad sites cause you. It would be useful to know what techniques others have used which have helped them win.
I tend to badger sites on problems until I get some satisfaction or an actual credit.
I believe many such sites belong to trade or public organisations that represent them, but that also require a code of conduct. I am currently waiting for a reply from the Market Research Society which has some members who sites I use.
In the end though we have to recognise these sites are just interested in the numbers. They want to get the responses to surveys from as many as they need and they don't care for the individual respondent.

  • I discovered this thread through searching for an AskGFK contact number (some sites have them),without any luck.

I've had the same experience as those already mentioned regarding Error404 messages, uncredited surveys, repeatedly ignored e-mails etc and am currently owed points as well as waiting since the beginning of February (!) for a £10 voucher, the 'incentive' for a two week diary study.I've lost count of the number of complaints lodged with them, all to no avail.

Wish I'd have known what they were like before joining but I was fooled by their veneer of legitimacy and now, like many,I just want to reach my first payment threshold and get something for all the so far wasted hours.

This is a cynical, dishonest, unprofessional and shoddily run survey site.Bad news.

    I've been having problems too.

Completed a 90 pointer yesterday, not showing in account. "Pam" replied to my query email suggesting I hadn't qualified (yeah, I did), and the the survey is still "available" (whatever the hell that means).

Sent a cheeky email back saying - no, I did everything correct, the problem is at your end, fix it.

A*holes. Will be cashing out at 1500pts, then they can gtf.

askgfk, im not sure, but i too was a member of gfk. i go onto their site now and again (thought it was a bit of a con as you win nothing, unless you do the mediaview one where you have to do it for 7 days for a voucher!) but a few years ago i did win a prize draw of £250! nice! earned nothing since really...so dont bother. the pam one i dont bother as they DO seem to be a waste time. maybe try mailing them again one last time? i do use panelbase.net, onepoll, mutual points, springboard etc, that seem to be good at paying! let me know how you get on :D
  • I have had the same problems, doing surveys and not getting rewarded. Finally did get to 1500 points in May, so redeemed for a love to shop voucher. Guess what? I'm still waiting for the voucher. Avoid this site!

    Same here, waste of time.

Joined last October, only managed to get to 1420 points. There are six surveys showing as available, with potentially 780 points to be earned, but its impossible to open them. All generate an error, usually "Invalid QueryString Supplied"

    Avoid this site!
