DFD you're such a good voice of reason! Both clients were really nice about my mistakes and rebooked on different dates, they both just said "these things happen", which for the record is exactly what I'd say to anyone bar myself :D and good news is my flatmates have decided that they're not in any rush to move, fingers crossed it stays that way!

I had a lovely time with my mate last night, the weather came in hard and his mum insisted I stay the night (he's another one starting again and living with his mum, it seems to be the trendy thing atm) so the vino came out. I might not get chance to see him or his mum again before I leave so the goodbyes have started... :(

Although yesterday was great, the to do list wasn't very successful haha:

    - reschedule / cancel my dumb dumb double bookings (still annoyed with myself) Done and everyone was lovely about it
    - connect with members of Musical Society Ongoing
    - update CV Nope
    - Sort lyrics and tracks for carolling Ongoing
    - Refasten hook and eye on dress Done
    - Rejig finances Nope
    - Start on PDF version of flyer Nope
    - Blitz room Done
    - PAD Done
    - Gig Done
    - Fill up car Got this done today

Today's list is just to finish yesterday's off, plus

    - PAD
    - shopping
    - watch Ireland V South Africa

Just done some quick sums and rejigged everything to include my extra management wages. The emails I've sent about the wedding fair refunds have been ignored so I'll try calling next week. Assuming I get this, stick to my budgets, and the exchange rate stays the same, I should pay off my debt and save £3000 to get started in Devon. The budget includes a bit of slack for fun and presents so there's no reason I can't do this... I just need to stay disciplined!

Thanks MeenaM and DFD - still very nervous and excited for the move! The savings will be desperately needed by the looks of it - looking at the jobs around there's very little in my area of expertise, which in a way is helpful because it means I have to go 100% into making the business full time asap.

My to-do list just isn't getting dented atm but I'm trying to be kind to myself - there's actually nothing that needs to be done immediately. Two gigs today and five hours of driving means my to do list is called "If it" - if it gets done, great! :D Should at least be a NSD today!

    - connect with members of Musical Society Ongoing
    - update CV
    - Sort lyrics and tracks for carolling Ongoing
    - Start on PDF version of flyer
    - PAD Done
    - Gig
    - Make packed lunch

    Have a great Sunday, folks!

I wouldn't be doing any of my to do list with such a long day ahead! I'm sure you will get your new buisness up and running, you seem to be very well established where you are now.

Yeahhhhhh, the admin didn't get done :rotfl:

Next week's list looks like this:

    - PADs
    - a few NSDs
    - at least three workouts
    - sort rest of Secret Santa
    - make sure I have all files needed on laptop so I can carry on working in the UK
    - figure out whether it's cheaper to fix wing mirror in Ireland or UK
    - UPDATE BLOODY CV!
    - Sort out times and flight details for Saturday :D:D:D
    - Batch cook stew
    - order logo
    - start on new website
    - start on flyer
    - change over Social Media pages to new name
    - put together set lists for the week
    - learn one new song
    - check all dates for December
    - buy sparkly top for Christmas gigs

Heading to the UK on Saturday, and from the moment I land until Tuesday it's fun central - which means I HAVE to work my a$$ off until then. Gig-wise it's a little quieter ('Only' five gigs haha) so I need to focus and get all this done.

Time to put on my big girl pants!
