    Aaahhh great news!!! I received the letter from civil enforcement Ltd confirming they have discontinued proceedings, have also notified the court and attached a copy of the notice of discontinuance form N279.

    Really glad this is finally over and have learnt my lesson to not let anything get to this stage again in the future!

    Thanks a lot to everyone who has helped for all the advice, I couldn't have done it without you guys!!! :):):)

    Discontinuance = finito, Game Over.
