Fascists, Austrian or British are odious.

Is no one interested in paying extra insurance to travel to Europe by car?
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

I'm not denying the pernicious influence of the nutters at Britain First Moby, but Austria has bonafide fascists running the Austrian interior ministry.

I'm sure Moby would love being in an undemocratic United States of Europe with an unelected Austrian Facist for President and lots of unelected facist commissioners....

Well we currently live in an undemocratic UK with an unelected House of Lords, under a hereditary head of State, and are being ruled by a PM who can't command a majority and desperately clung onto power only by throwing a £1.5 BILLION bung of taxpayer money to a bunch of right wing extremists.

Seems to me that the only difference is the accents....

Is this thread now just Labour voters talking among themselves?

Have they finally realised they are out of power until 2022?

That they haven't won an GE in 13 years?

Guys you thought Corbyn would be PM by xmas. You acted like you had won the GE.

Is the penny finally dropping that you lost?

  • It's only like the remainers on this thread who are talking themselves, mostly gibberish as I posted before.
And - as is their habit - when their obvious errors or disparagements are pointed out they have to resort to lies and distraction because they have no other argument.
    :naughty:
What a shame they cannot realise that this sort of behaviour is what led to a "leave" vote in the first place.
    :D

    Example?
Hamish with his anti-British "democracy" bilious rant as above.
Whilst not perfect, officially the UK is ranked #14 globally from 112 countries.
Strangely although EU countries do indeed appear within the top 20, they do not take all the top spots.

Better here in the UK then than many places, some major ones within their oh-so-perfect EU included.

Then you need to read history. People react to their own personal situations. Being imposed upon is certain way of getting peoples backs up. The EU project isn't benefitting everybody by any means. Being unwilling to adapt to a changing world is the downfall of many.

It's the height of silliness to suggest people support fascism and somehow it's the EU to blame. No, it's the proponents of fascism who are to blame and the gullible who believe the lies that if it wasn't for the EU, immigrants, jews, Germans, baby boomers, benefit claimants, bankers and gays their sad little lives would be oh so perfect.

You obviously don't read history - we've been on this path since the GFC. As soon as people notice a bit less money in their pockets they look for someone to blame and the extremists are always ready with a handy list.

Perhaps you should take more of an interest then.

    For your information.

So the government haven't done a very good job of delegating the running of the NHS? Haven't done a very good job of overseeing the service?

No point nitpicking about who 'runs' the NHS or asking me how many people don't turn up to GP appointments. You're doing your best to avoid the rather obvious elephant in the room and that is the Health Secretary and PM have both apologised for the service.

If National Express apologised for poor service wouldn't you take that to mean they're making an acknowledgement the service could have been managed better. You wouldn't run around making excuses for them so why do it with the NHS?

There seem to be 10 European countries that appear above the UK in that democracy ranking - democracy seems to be alive and well on the European continent.

Something to ponder next time we elect a Head of State and second chamber.

I agree with you but it's a big stretch to link that with the EU. There is growth of populism and right extremism in the US as well.

What is this Right "Wing" extremism you are talking about?

If you look at the violence going on in the States you will notice that it is almost exclusively being carried out by groups like Antifa who unsurpringsly are aligned with the left and supported by Democrats.

Even the favourite go to bogey man of the left, the nazeee's, are so far on the right they have come out the other side!

The media has been doing its nuts in to paint the "Right" as white racist extremists to brain wash the gullible in to believing putting your country first is a bad thing. So things like only allowing the right kinds of people in to your country are bad because, you know, its worked so well for Germany hasn't it :rotfl:
