It could be but I suspect he knows that this is not going to manage to unseat Corbyn. But one of the questions he poses is simply, would Labour be more electable in the next election if they adopted a clear anti-Brexit line?

We can all have different views on whether Corbyn is electable and whether he would be good/bad for the country, but whether the fence sitting strategy is better tactically than taking a clear line on one of the four options he identifies is a valid question.

That does not mean his analysis of the Conservative and Labour positions on Brexit is flawed. It just means that people would rather criticise him than the analysis.

Blur? is he the guy who left us with a war in Iraq and a £150 billion per annum budget deficit?

    Yeh I trust his vision.

    The man's a fool.

Only a fool takes that position. Iraq is irrelevant to Brexit and the budget deficit was about a quarter of that when Blair left office.

Please address the argument not the man.

When both the PM and health secretary are apologising for the health service they're running the obvious conclusion is things aren't going so great.

Fortunately the Government has decided that its not a Crisis.

Just seen an interview with a relative explaining that their loved one was having a stroke in the ambulance outside A&E and was not seen for 5 hours.

Sounds like a crisis to me.

I think John Humphrys does a pretty good job here of exposing the dangers for the country and indeed the Labour Party if the “right to think again” brigade led by Blair manage to circumvent the will of the people as expressed in the referendum.

I think that there is a lot of truth in what he says. The issue I have with what he says is he is an arch remainer. He doesn't give you both sides of the argument in order to make your own mind up.

Sadly though, this is typical of Blair. He is absolutely convinced that he is right about things and his opinion goes. I voted remain and felt we would be better in and trying to change things from inside. He sees that as the best option.

But it does raise the question... what the heck did he do in the twelve years that he was in charge to help achieve this change in the EU that he is now proposing?

He's hardly likely to give you both sides because he belives the decision to leave was a huge mistake.

John Humphrys is a known reactionary bigot with a huge farm in West Wales. Pure establishment elitist. He is big mates with Michael Gove.

He was continually interrupting Blair, not allowing him to get his point across. Of course we have a right to think again once we've seen what the deal actually is, the nuts and bolts if you like. Only an fervent zealot would say.... I accept the deal whatever it is and the will of the people must be upheld! The will of the people may have changed according to recent polling. Nothing stays the same forever.

I'm not denying the pernicious influence of the nutters at Britain First Moby, but Austria has bonafide fascists running the Austrian interior ministry.

I agree with you but it's a big stretch to link that with the EU. There is growth of populism and right extremism in the US as well.
