You're right; they may make us go through the ECJ, but they may also just agree. They need us more than we need them, they won't want to hurt their industries etc. Think of the Spanish orange growers

It would be an opportunity, rarely seen, to show EU dominance over an errant state.

And you think they would pass it up?

What particular actions have Tusk and Juncker shown where they have demonstrated their affection for the UK?

Tusk seems to be offering the UK a chance to undo brexit:

"can only hope" .... it's a little vague isn't it?

Correction ... it's your standard Twitter clarity.

    Who really uses Twitter anyway?

    In today's news.
Shares of Twitter Inc fell 9 percent on Monday after a report said the social media company had suspended more than 70 million fake accounts in May and June, which could lead to a decline of monthly active users in the second quarter.

What, the Germans having far-right populists sitting in Parliament having taken months to form a very shaky coalition? The Spanish Gov't collapse? The Italian populist Gov't doing it's own thing on immigration / refugee's? The Visegrad nations not turning up to Merkels immigration summit?

If Merkel topples. Then Macron is a very isolated figure.

    Second Anniversary
I feel fairly content as a Brexiteer. Remainers have moved massively in my direction. 2 years ago their narratives were around us never getting a good deal as the EU didn't need anything from us as they're the mighty 27 and we have nothing they can't produce themselves.
I was told we'd get a punishment deal at best.
Sir Ivan Rogers and his gullible followers assured me 'a deal will take at least 10 years to negotiate' ignoring the facts we proffered showing deals taking under 2 years.

Now look at the language many Remainers are using, for example Sarah Woolaston saying we should all get round Mrs May's deal, which is a deal far, far beyond anything Rermainers said would ever be possible, let alone within a few years.

I realise the EU is yet to agree things, but none the less the language shift from Remainers is remarkable.
Restless, somebody pour me a vino.
