Criteria #1: Full switch (closes donor a/c).
- My requested switch date: Tuesday 7th November.
- Date I believe switch was completed: Wednesday 8th November (this is the date my donor current account disappeared from my online banking).

Criteria #2: £1k credited AFTER switch in 1st 31-day period after switch day.
- I paid in £1001 on Monday 13th November.

Criteria #3: £1k credited in 2nd 31-day period after switch day.
- I paid in £1001 on Friday 15th December (32 days after my 1st £1001 pay-in).

Criteria #4: 2 DDs paid out in the 62 day period.
- 1st DD paid out on 15th November
- 2nd DD paid out on 17th November
- 3rd DD paid out on 14th December
- 4th DD to pay out on 18th December
(I thought the two DDs had to pay out twice within 62 days, hence the 4 payments.... belts and braces!)

Criteria #5: Login during the 62 days period.
- I've logged in on several occasions to both the Clydesdale Internet Banking service and the https://www.youandb.co.uk Internet Banking service on my computer.
- I have NOT downloaded or logged in using the smartphone app.

So, as far as I'm aware, I have satisfied all 5 criteria and should expect to receive my £250 switching bonus within 70 days of switching, which should be no later than 17th January. Does that sound right?

I believe that's OK and most, but not all, on here seem to agree.

The t'c & c's for the cashback were a bit ambiguous.
"Credit your account with a total of at least £1,000 within the 31 days following the completion of the switch and a further £1,000 in total in the following 31 days".

So does the 2nd deposit need to be
1. within 31 days of the end of the 1st 31 days
2. within 31 days of the initial deposit of £1000

i.e. what is being referred to in "following", is it the initial 31 days or the initial credit deposit?

Your second deposit meets 1. but not 2.
