    31 days apart?

2 DDs only need to be taken once in those 62 days after switch. I see no requirement for them to be taken twice.

Just to be sure... (there's an age you get to...) :)

Maybe worth a recap while there's still maybe time to recover any misunderstanding:

    http://www.ybonline.co.uk/resources/e6ff10a6-1b40-4e44-82bb-c58130a1a538/149904_250_Cashback_DU250TCS.pdf

    From their incentive T&Cs:

"We will credit £250 to your account with us within 70 calendar days of your account switch being completed provided you meet all of the qualifying criteria detailed in these terms and conditions, within this period."

The qualifying criteria in short was:

    Full switch (closes donor a/c).

External £1k credited AFTER switch in 1st 31 day period after switch day.

External £1k credited in 2nd 31day period after switch day.

2 DDs paid out in the 62 day period.

Login during the 62 days period.

    Now hopefully you're thinking ':thumb:'

So, you ask £250 should be paid by... when...?

Well, applications were suspended/closed towards end of October so...

So... 70 days from 1st Nov (if switch day#1) is payday by 9th Jan...

I assume it's any time between when the 2nd 31 days elapses and the 70 days. So anytime between January 2 - 10th.
