Finally got an email saying they have "made a decision" on my application - but when I resume my application via their link their final offer page is an entirely pink screen.
I'll call later and find out what's going on. This is such a palaver!!June 2018 diary:
Debt: £13,169.83 (all on 0% CC til Sept 2018, repaying £500 a month)
Mortgage: £191,000 (on Repayment, 5-yr fix @ 2.39%)
Savings: £12,300 in various accounts @ between 1-5%, milking until August when will pay off CC0 -
Does anyone know what the exact time and date was when the offer was pulled? I applied for the account on October 26th. Received authorisation code on October 31st. Completed the application on November 1st. Received debit card a few days later. I didn't go ahead with the switch as I assumed I missed the deadline.0

I only use customer number and then next screen is passcode.
Don't have that additional move you appear to have.0 -

They said 31st oct at 9-30am it was pulled, you should have qualified as you started the application on 26th oct:T0 -
I have successfully switched to a B account. £1500 was switched automatically from old account to new account. Does that count as the first £1000 to be paid in? Do i just need to pay another £1000 next month?
I am sure I read somewhere that this does not count towards that subsequent £1,000 deposit.
I suggest you read the T&Cs again to double-check as I am sure that the bank will use those to refuse as many £250 bonuses as they can through a technicality.0 -
I manually transferred my first £1,000 on the day of the switch. However may now do another transfer just to make sure I still qualify.
"Credit your account with a total of at least £1,000 within the 31 days following the completion of the switch and a further £1,000 in total in the following 31 days."0 -

If that is the amount transferred between banks as your balance within the switch itself, then NO it doesn't count. You will need to make a further £1000 payment into the new account.0
