An epic list there! Well done! I remember our pre-house moving days - I never thought I could work so hard as I did then 😮 Worth it though!7

I'm NOT however, going to get the brasso out on the copper coal scuttle until I've finished using coal for the year as it's a messy job and I'd want to wash the coal dust out first!
On that note, I'd better finish my coffee and get on with the next section of the list, which is getting the fuel/fire sorted out.8 -

Some things take less time than expected (dusting!), others longer (kitchen window sill - all the herb pots need washing up to put away, and other stuff on the sill was sticky from the bugs. So I'm not quite clear in the utility room to soak the whites, or in the kitchen to do the surfaces. And needed a break. What I CAN do is chuck soda crystals in the WM to give it a clean before I do the next lot of washing. Admittedly I've lost track of whether its a descale or degunk month, but I reckon as long as I do one or the other it's helping. Oh yes that means I need to clean the filter...6

Bed is remade, sheets are having a quick wash with bio powder before going on a full-length wash (delayed so it finishes when I'm up and they can go on the line) - this seems to stop them going yellow.
Quite a lot of stuff has made it into the bins/recycling. Hopefully I'll get some of the outside stuff done tomorrow - and at least make a start on my office. I spend do much time in there it would be nice if it wasn't quite so cluttered.
I'm using up coal on the fire at the moment, and haven't needed to turn the heating on since I lit it. I might regret it in the morning as it may be chilly. But then if I bank it up, it should keep going overnight (something I never manage with logs).
The house feels so much nicer with things put away and feeing clean. Hopefully I can keep on top of it after this.

wow, very productive day Greenbee. Hope all this work leads to a positive outcome with estate agents.6

The 'done' part of the list is getting noticeably longer than the 'to do' bit 🎖🎖4

Thanks Maggie! I'm currently aiming to maximise price rather than speed, so it's important that I stage the house and garden properly - which is what most of tomorrow's discussion will be about I suspect.
Sunday update...
Washing is on the line in the frosty sunshine. Taps in the downstairs loo and bathroom have been descaled, and I decided to let the upstairs robot have a go at the remaining bedrooms. I've just wrapped my SIL's birthday present, written an engagement card for my uncle and filled in my discharge questionnaire for the chronic fatigue service. Well looking at that lot, it doesn't look impossible. There's not a huge amount left to do inside (if I discount the office!). Or outside (although that's harder work).
Not currently on the list is more outside stuff - getting the rest of the garden furniture out, flattening some ant/molehills, clearing stones out of the grass so I can mow on the north side of the house, ongoing mowing/weeding/maintenance of the garden.
Guess I'd better get on and try to get more items off the list!7
