No meetings this morning, so I've done a huge amount of batch cooking. The DW is on (with the first lot of pans), 3 lots of meals are cooling in their containers, 2 lots in their pans. Freezer tetris later on, and then I should be able to get into the fridge and sort out the veg that's left to meal plan for the week.

I realised that the chilli probably should have gone into the SC for the rest of the day. The last of the veal mince (with veg) had cinnamon and tomato juice added to it and over a couple of hours I've added and reduced about a litre. It's now deliciously mellow. Maybe I'll remember when I get it out... and after all that tidying the freezer means it was less that a drawer full. So I have a drawer of batch-cooked stuff including what was already in there.4

That's a helluva list. Is it pre-estate agent prep?7
-
Yep. Some necessary due to recent neglect... will be good to get it back under control.

Stopping for coffee... windows are open and upstairs is airing. DW will be set off once coffee has been drunk and then I'll sort out the fire so it's ready for whenever I need it. Might open some downstairs windows too to get the cooking smells out (temporarily!). Dusting upstairs was very superficial, but it all looks OK. And all but one of the bedrooms are looking vaguely lived in (well, mine looks VERY lived in which will need a bit of sorting out - in a way that I can maintain for viewings).8
