Love night scented stock, reminds me of my Dad when I catch the smell as he always planted some. Hope your day goes to plan.

I hope the headaches/nausea are just post-viral but wise to get anything persistent checked out. I can't believe you've been waiting that long for biopsy results, that's shocking!

Just had an appointment through on the NHS app which I HOPE is for my biopsy results.

Wire is on pergolas, obelisks are in (for the second time, hopefully I won't decide to move them again!), and roses are planted. I need two more climbing ones, and may regret having put the Paul's Himalayan Musk on the pergola as it only flowers once, but it is stunning, and there is potentially 15m of pergola for it to spread across.

I really need to get to grips with the veg plot this weekend/Easter, but I think I can also start planning a bit more planting as well. And marking up more beds and paths.

Yesterday we had a good variety of weather including brilliant sunshine, hail, snow, heavy rain and strong winds.

Today has been less extreme started off sunny about midday clouds appeared, gentle breeze through our, 2 loads of laundry flapping in the breeze.

I hope you quickly get your biopsy results.

Thursday was blissfully headache free, and lots was achieved by other people - cleaner was here as well as gardener. Friday was woken up by a headache again, so very little got done. I have fished stuff out of the freezer so I have stuff to eat (soup defrosted to heat up, some mince to cook with the remaining veg and pulses, and some chorizo sausages to do something with. Very short on veg, so need to decide when to brave going food shopping. I may try the petrol station first. I also need to get back to proper eating as I don’t think my poor diet at the moment will be helping. There is lots of fruit for starters.

Cheap electricity today, so cooking is definitely on the cards. Electric heating is already programmed 9-4pm, and I might wash some coats as I can run the TD (there’s lots of sunshine at the moment too). Fire will be lit at 4pm to minimise oil use.

In between cooking and laundry it would be good to get a few more pictures up (there are 6 to do in the big ensuite that I keep forgetting about), and find the last of the paperwork that I need so I can book a call with a financial advisor. And sow some veg seeds. Plus maybe think about plants for the new beds now the roses are in…

(catches up with diary and wanders off to add night scented stocks to list of must haves for the garden. Grew them in my first garden and loved them)

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

oh good @Watty1 in that case you can tell me whether I have to sow them in seed trays and transplant or can I just chuck the seeds in the pots where there are currently bulbs growing?
