Not feeling great this morning I think the effect of the ABs on my tummy is kicking in so i’m  skipping Pilates as lying on my tummy or having my head below my stomach doesn’t appeal at all. Might have a nap before my next dose of pills...

i’m really frustrated by how unproductive i’m being now I finally have some time at home - and all those social media posts about ‘what to do with all the extra time’ don’t help.

Meal plan is done, and the milkman has been so I have more milk, tonic water and cheddar ☺️

I'm supposed to be working today. So far I've managed two doses of pills, yogurt, coffee, toast, a shower and getting dressed. And not vomiting up my pills which I know consider to be a major achievement and my main objective...

It's not like I can even have a nap... I have to take pills every couple of hours and it's not like being in hospital where someone wakes you up to give you your medication... I have reminders in all my calendars, including my work one.

Thank you all. I do need to carry on attempting to work and make myself look like I'm a valuable employee that they want to hang on to. Partly due to having had sick leave earlier this year for my op, and partly because I don't want them to realise that they can do without me
