Overdrafrt Fees

Hi I Have a Nationwide account with agreed overdraft for £2k but I am sure my account has been in credit since June this year as work as temp thus paid in week in arrears but have been charged 3.00 in fees

Should change banks or ask them ? or any advice would be nice

    Sounds like you have spent 1 month overdrawn by around £200 on average. You say you are sure you have not gone OD, but all you need to do is actually look at your account from time to time to know what your exact position is.

    Do you need to change banks? No, you just need to stay in credit.

    I have had around 280 a week going into my account since June 19 thus we are now in oct and as of sep I was in credit but got charged 22p fees
    but will call and check and keep check on my account

    Are you able to go through your transaction on internet banking?

    It could be that something left a day before credits came in and has caused the small fee.
