Well my active version of vanguard lifestrategy 60:40 fell behind this month, not as expected:

    AMS active 60:40. 101016k

    Vanguard LS 60:40. 103201

I'm going to need to retire from this unfortunately - I transferred some pensions to a SIPP and all my investments have been reorganised significantly. I might have tried use the new merged total to continue tracking - it is invested overall in a similar manner - but since I gained a several percent by being in cash transfer in early Oct the numbers wouldn't really reflect anything meaningful. Sadly had begun redeploying cash before biggest drops of Oct but missed out on some drops so shouldn't grumble.

My MSE portfolio is out of sync with my SIPP. As my SIPP has a higher level of reinvested income and new contributions. Which results in more frequent purchases. To counter this when my portfolio reaches £1,500 in cash. I mirror the next trade in my SIPP at the same price and related purchase costs.

I’ve valued your contributions over the year.
It would be a shame to see you go, especially with the fun that will start next year.

Are you sure you can’t rehash your current portfolio?

My total portfolio dropped 2.75% in October so at end Oct, Finellah 7.2%. Would have been more of a drop but for being fortuitously partly in cash.

    Vanguard All Cap 6.1%
    VLS 80 4.3%
