Credit Club says I have a 'missed payment'

I've just looked at my latest credit club email and my report shows that I've got a 'missed payment' and that this is negatively affecting my credit rating.
Now, I have a phone/broad contract, mortgage and a credit card. All of these are paid by direct debit and I've checked that they've all been leaving my account as they should. Energy is prepay at the moment and council tax is paid from my other halfs account so I can't for the life of me think of where this has come from.
Could this be a false report that I've missed a payment, is there any way to find out what it's for?
thanks,

It should be shown on your Experian credit file.0

Is the missed payment recent or could it be something that’s happened previously ? Remember it stays on your credit report for 6 years so it could be a missed payment as far back as that. If they say it’s recent and you think it’s an error I’d contact one of the CRA and ask them to explain0

It should list what the negative is for.0 -
You need to go into the Report and go to the Credit Accounts section.
On every account that is shown there, you need to click on it, also click on more details so you can see exactly what is recorded.
This should tell you where your late payment is.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
