Thanks for all the feedback. I will include the needed photos and make the required adjustments as advised. I spoke to the court and they stated it would be okay to hand my WS in on the Tuesday following the bank holiday. I will email it to Gladstones tomorrow.

Leave CRA2015 in. It will be for the judge to make a decision. All I wanted to point out is that consumer has two meanings.

It can be consumer as in not a business - so a private individual. But it can also be a consumer as when someone buys something which is a "chattel". But land is unique and it will depend on the relationship of the visitor to the land.

But given that you (via the tenant) were in a service relationship with Link, then it'll be relevant. It's just that there is an implicit assumption throughout the defence that Link were the vendor so to speak, and you or the tenant were the client.

I have made some adjustments to my witness statement following the advice given (much appreciated!!), please could you let me know if you think its ready to be sent off bearing in mind I still need to make the finishing touches (i.e. reference numbers etc).

Also I've noticed the letter sent to me by DRP mentions they utilised a tracing service to find my address following a lack of response from previous correspondence (which they failed to send).

Errr the square brackets were there for you to delete any wording that did not apply. You cannot leave the sentence like that in the statement as it is contradictory....

This is your WS. There is no later date.

It MUST be handed to the court on Tuesday morning. And emailed to the claimant/solicitor.

Apologies I meant with my Witness statement.

Do I need to post the whole case transcripts or just the relevant sections I wish to rely upon. I've had a look on the forums and it seems as though there's differing views on the matter.

You are not posting anything snail mail.

Email to the other side, several emails to avoid the attachments being too much.

Personally hand in (or get a relative to hand in) a file tomorrow.

The transcripts are not that long (and you do not file the Beavis case) so I would provide full transcripts.
