Just a quick update and a few questions, I've filled in the DQ in accordance to the recommendations given in the newbies thread so I was going to send them off tomorrow.
I also wanted to ask if gladstones have an email address at all? Would be much easier than posting. If so, could I send them and the court the DQ by email?
Gladstones have also sent a N159 form, do I have to fill this in also and send it off to them and the courts?0 -

Yes, claxtome posted it the other day.
Much quicker if you'd simply searched the forum for 2 words 'Gladstones email' and chose advanced search, and SHOW POSTS (NOT the default 'show threads', and of course, limit your search to this forum board only.

Apologies. Thanks for that CM. Using 'show posts' is really helpful. I had tried searching on Google before using 'gladstones email site:forums.MoneySavingExpert.com' but didn't find much. I managed to find it by searching '@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk' on the advanced search.
