  • You've done more than enough and a spot of white will make it clean, crisp and just another wall.
    Jeans are a good price!
    Enjoy your chilli 😃

Well done on shopping and affordable jeans. I'm waiting for work meeting. If you feel the urge paint in the summer and rest for a bit now.

Filled the landing wall again today, I've been for a run and now I have my feet up :)
Phone company have finally sorted my landline, although I've had to change number. Good news is, they aren't going to back bill me so I've treated myself to a GPS running watch. I found one 2nd hand for £60 less than RRP and it comes with a 2 year warranty. I'll be doing my first half marathon this year, as long as everything is back to normal for September and it'll help with my training.
I got three letters in one go from my current gas/electric provider today. Two were identical and the third was just confirming that they'd gotten the go-ahead to switch me to the new one. I'm overpaying at the moment so hopefully I'll get a refund.
Not heard from the cat adoption place yet.

    At least they've sorted it.
Your new watch will help with pacing, good luck with training.
Are there any other local adoption centres, it's worth checking various ones.

I just heard back from the adoption centre. They think it's best to wait until the restrictions are lifted as I need to check if I'm allergic to the cats or not. I saw on the website that they can send through a t-shirt with the cat fur on to check, but maybe they're getting too bogged down in admin at the moment for that to be wise for them. There are some others relatively near by, but they aren't rehoming at all right now because of the pandemic. Roll on the summer!
In better news, I'm now a pound away from my goal weight!

Haha! I still don't understand why only some cats cause weird respiratory symptoms in me. Can't wait to go over to the centre and rub some on my face (bet the cats can't wait!).
I'll head out for a run later, sand down the wall again, clean the house a bit and then make a lovely sweet potato curry for the week.

Don't get one of those fur less cats, they look like raw chickens when tucked up!
I've only had an allergy once, been round a mates cat for years and one day eyes were streaming and puffed up, nose running etc next visit and all others no reaction. Never had a reaction to mine or others since.
If you know what type eg long / short hair, breed, moggy it will make looking for one so much easier or stock up on antihistamine like a mate did when living with someone who had cats.
