That way you can keep track of your steps as long as you usually carry your phone with you - and set yourself little challenges to get your step count up a bit too. It really shook me up when I realised how many days I used to do hardly any steps - now I'm rarely below 10,000 a day. The good thing is that when you've been fitter it's masses easier to get the fitness levels back again. Another thing that might help is focusing on having a regular routine as far as times for going to bed - that makes a big difference I find.
CherryFudge it's horrible when your phone wakes you up just as you're sinking into deeper sleep. Mine is on do not disturb after 10pm so only people I've got saved to favourites can get through.
I'm lucky enough to have a Fitbit, an anniversay present from DH. I do like tracking my steps and active minutes, and I particularly like seeing how well I've slept
.
Today I've done 8,364 steps and 29 active minutes so far. It could be worse as I've been home all day apart from my morning walk. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

DH and I printed off our restaurant vouchers (via our Mr T vouchers) so we can eat for free on Friday night
.
We also bought some breakdown insurance from a company we've never of, so I hope it will be ok. It cost £55 from Start Rescue for roadside, recovery and home. We were going to get RAC cover with our Mr T vouchers but didn't think we could get it organised by Friday.
On the plus side we still have lots of Mr T vouchers left which we can use for Christmas food and presents
PA went insane today and I did five surveys :T. I earnt £5.50 just today :j. So I cashed out just over £10 to go into Emergency Fund 2.
Have a good evening everyone.

I really believe that diet and budgets go hand in hand.
You should soon regain your fitness, I did after breaking my ankle. It's all about small steps - you'll soon get back into it. Just remember how good you felt before and that will spur you on.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

You are way ahead of me! Funnily, it was my Fitbit alarm, going through my phone, telling me it was time to go to bed, that woke me last night! :rotfl: :rotfl: My steps today have been pretty rubbish: I need to get back into a challenge with my friends.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living.
