HHOD can't sleep so just caught up with your diary. Sorry to hear about BIL, must be stressful for you and Mr HHOD.

Congratulations on getting your debt free badge.

The goals you have set look great , these will be the basis of your diary now!

    Thanks SSG and Cumbria.

It is great to have some big new goals to focus on :D

Today should hopefully be a NSD. I also want to buy some breakdown cover with our Mr T vouchers, but couldn't get the voucher codes accepted last time  so will try again today.

Our mortgage will go up after the interest rates rise :( but hopefully not more than about £10. We'll just have to cut back somewhere else.

No worries HHOD , my sleep pattern is atrocious, I often find myself up in the early hours. Have tried every remedy known to man. I just accept it and get on with it. I seem to be able to function on the sleep I get . Thanks for asking .

I like your debt free banner and the new goals at the bottom of your posts Hairy. I had a 0% balance transfer offer from one of my credit card providers today - it was a wonderful feeling to chuck it straight into the box to await shredding...........:D.

  • Ha ha yes I've been busy tweaking and adjusting my signature until I was happy with it :rotfl:. I must have changed it about five times :rotfl:

I want my new goals to be clearly defined so I can focus on them. Saving money is such a weird but wonderful feeling after paying off debts for so many years :D

An update on BIL; doctors think it may be prostate cancer that has spread, so he's had an injection there (?) and will have an operation and biopsy on Monday. The hospital he's in is one of the best for cancer treatment luckily.

I'm going to have another early night as still feel a bit meh. Have a good evening everyone :)
